Return & Refund Policy

At Kalavrudhi, we strive to offer a fulfilling and valuable learning experience. Please read our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. For Classes & Sessions (Bharatanatyam, Music, Yoga, etc.):

• Once enrolled, fees are non-refundable.

• In special cases (duplicate payments or technical errors), refund requests will be considered within 5 working days of payment.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Workshops or Events:

• Fees for one-time workshops or events are non-refundable unless Kalavrudhi cancels the program.

3. Digital Products (recordings, eBooks, etc.):

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

4. Physical Products (if applicable):

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo proof.

• Return shipping is to be handled by the customer unless the error is ours.
